Mrs.P.Shailaja is one of the successful woman entrepreneurs in Nashik ,Leading the Calibration Laboratory. She started the first Calibration
Laboratory and created awareness regarding Calibration & its importance to all Nashikities.
Qualified as B.Sc,B.A.M.S.., L.W.O., and now holding the charge off all the activities of SSPI&RC.
She has always been a woman who is determined to her duty and also developed her family in the field of Calibration.
She is a person who is result Oriented, Dynamic, Perspective & a Driving force behind SSPI&RC.
She is representing NABL as qualified Auditor and member of prestigious “Meteorology Society of India “ .
Mr. P.Manohar

Mr.P.Manohar had a Brilliant Academic Career,
both in school and college. He completed his
graduation in Bachelors of Engineering in
Mechanical Field , Post graduation in Masters of
Business Administration & SQC & TQM and later on completed the course for Lead Assessor of NABL.
He previously worked for 14 years with Grindwell Norton Ltd. & Sivananda Electronics. Since last 35 years he has been working in the field of calibration.
He has also assessed many Calibration Laboratories across India as NABL Assessor.
His is expertise in calibrations of Mechanical , Torque, Pressure (Low & high) , Vacuum , Fluid-Flow , Mass & Volume

Ms.P. Komal an young generation entrepreneur at SSPI&RC.
She had an exclusive bright academic career both in school &
college . She has been awarded as the “ Best Student of the School & College “.
She has completed her Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication in merit.
She had also been topper in her Post Graduation in Masters of Business Administration in Finance.
She has been trained by NABL for Eletro-Technical, Thermal , Weights , Mass & Volume, Flow, Pressure Calibrations.
She is also an ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 certified Internal Auditor by NABL.
She is awarded with Best Maharashtra Udyojak Puraskar - 2024.
Also she is one of the Member of Board of Directors for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Today she is effectively working with SRI SAI PRECISION INSTRUMENTATION & RESEARCH CENTRE as a Director & Technical manager in the field of Electro-Technical, Thermal , Weights, Balance & Volume, Flow Calibrations.
